I hope that all of you had an awesome New Years eve. I had at least, it was very calm but cosy. We had some family friends over for dinner, fondue, and later that evening we also had our neighbours over for drinks and snacks. This year I stayed indoors with our dog, who is absolutely terrified of any kind of bang. Imagine his stress at 12 o'clock. I don't really think I missed anything, it's the same old crap. People being too drunk to care what they do with their fireworks, or what might happen to their fingers or friends. Besides I would probably get the weepies. Now the year passed without me seeing the actual passing, it makes it feel like there's no difference.
I guess this is the time to make a New Years resolution. I like to make one, but I want one I can actually keep. Last years resolution wasn't a very good one. I was going to have 150 posts on this blog for the year of 2009. Even though I have a couple or more drafts that I still need to post I don't think I will come close to those 150 posts. Right now I have 85 published posts. My resolution this year is one I can keep, at least I think so. I've been longing for it for some time. I've decided that it's time to take up my guitar again and start playing a little more regularly, because I've been burning to do some serious music improving one way or another.
