24th pair

These, a pair I bought in a cheap store, are very used during the summer. Price was 79 kronors and they are cool fake vans. They are used to the point where there actually are tiny small holes on the top of the shoe now. Really handy (footie, really, lmao!), to just slip your feet in.

23rd pair

Another pair of flats. A prettier pair of flip flops but still they look like a slip in shoe. I bought them at Coop Forum for i think it was 50 kronors on sale. Pretty and neat with a small itty bity heel.

Up to date

Yep, that's right finally up to date again. So now I can go to bed and sleep. Working nightshift tomorrow and saturday. Oh yea and I forgot to say, on my last nightshift I somehow got a date planned. We don't really have a date for the date yet but I guess it's definitely happening. Wish me luck!

22nd pair

A pair of boots I've had for some years. They are stylish baggy and cool I think. Fits both with a dress to make the outfit a bit casual, fits with jeans and other pants and with leggings. Don't remember the price, but I think you can guess where I bought them.

21st pair

Graduation day includes traditionally a white dress and normally white shoes. I wanted a pair of heels for my dress, but I was affraid that I wouldn't be able to walk in them after all the drinking. Since I found a dress which I would call a bit 50's inspired, I wanted shoes that matched that look. And I found a pair which I was determined to buy. So I went to Skopunkten and tried them on. well first of all I tried a too big size since there weren't any in my size and when I tried them on I felt that they were sky high. My problem was therefore solved, I couldn't buy a pair of sky high shoes that I really wanted, because they didn't have my size.

So I looked around and found two other good candidates, a pair of white flats a bit open around the sides but really pretty and a modern style and a pair of 50's inspired shoes with a low heel. Well I went for the 50's inspired ones with a low heel, a good compromise since I did fall in love with them. I choose between white ones with silvery details or with black details. I took the ones with silvery details because I didn't want to mix with black at all, even though the black ones were cooler.

When I got to the cashier she had a pair of the high heeled shoes in my size that was returned that same day, unlucky. Even though I simply loved the higher heels I didn't dare take them and I am glad for my low heels.

20th pair

These were just a fun thing to buy. I bought the in Puerto Rico last summer for a low price, think it was €5 or something. They are just a nostalgia buy. Exactly a pair like these, but mine were transparent, my mum bought for me and my sister a long time ago when we were in Playa del Ingles visiting the cento comercial Yumbo. We walked so much in bad shoes that we got blister on our feet and didn't want to walk anymore. Hence mum bought these shoes to ease our pain, however today I can't understand how they could ease our pain since they are plastic and plastic against warm skin shouldn't really make us more comfy.

19th pair

Pink summer shoes, with a slight bohemic look on them. They are really cute and comfy except for a tiny knot on the inside. These were also a gift from my parents, and they are complaining about my shoe collection, haha. Don't know where they come from and what they cost.

All old drafts gone

Did a major work today. To go through all of those drafts I had saved and finish them. Phew, well I'm finally done now. The only thing left now is to put up the last pairs so that I can be up to date with my project.

Otherwise generally my day has been good. I had another driving lesson today, only a single one though. I really don't like to reverse the car though. Had to do that too many times around a corner. I'm quite impressed by myself actually, I can't say I've had many lesson and still I'm already on the 8th step out of 16, driving in the city. I can easily manage the car and the rules of the traffic, but I noticed that I do tend to forget about people and bikes crossing the street. I guess I have to work more with that, and reversing around corners.

18th pair

My mum was at Skopunkten buying shoes for my siblings I think. She found these pairs on sale, don't know how much, but she figured she could give me and my sister a pair each. She was a bit unsure whether or not we were going to like them. I liked them at least. They are really nicely made. A small heel, which doesn't look too much like a heel and also a bit slippery safe. Usable during snowy weather.

17th pair

Another pair of flip flops. Flip flops are my ultimate summer shoe, nice, comfy and comes in many diffrent shapes, styles and colours. These are soft all through, beige and bought at Coop Forum for 20 kronors or something.

16th pair

Emergency shoes. I was in town with Emmie and Sanna the day after our graduation, and for the first time I used the pink Nike shoes I got for my graduation. blisters all over my heels. In the end I couldn't walk so I went to the nearest shop where I might find a cheap pair of slip ins At H&M I found these for 49 kronors. Good enough and so soothing with the air on my blisters. So I ended up with blisters and another pair of flipflops.

15th pair

Of course I need another pair of slip ins in another colour, hence I bought this pair last summer in Puerto Rico. Also these cost €5.95. I guss it's become a tradition to buy a pair of slip ins just as it has buying at least one perfume and one watch. The colour I really want to buy next time is a pair of brown ones, and maybe a pair of golden ones if I can find a pair.

14th pair

Ahh these are worn out, as you can see on the picture. Summer 2006 in Puerto Rico I found these in a bazaar, €5.95. Also very cute with the little heart. Somehow though I manage to scratch the toe of my slip ins, don't know why. These won't unfortunately hold much longer, but I cling on to them until it is noticeable that there actually is a hole in the toe on one of the shoes, or maybe until Puerto Rico 2008 when I hopefully can buy new black ones.

13th pair

Now I'm going to present a bunch of flats. These white ones I bought from Price off I think it's called. An outlet store. Don't remember exactly but I think they were 79 or 99 kronors. Quite a catch if I may say so. Bought them right before my holiday last summer.

12th pair

I got these pair from my neighbour. She was going to throw them out so I got them. They are really nice and comfy but I have never used them yet. Actually I've forgot about them.

11th pair

The pair I am presenting today is a pair I've been talking about before. The grey high heeled boot.


Also bought at Skopunkten for the incredible price 199 SEK. They came in black or grey.

10th pair

Here goes my New Years shoes:

I found them in H&M when emmie and I were shopping for New Years outfits, and believe it or not Emmie actually bought a top! Anyway I did find a a silvery bolero that matched my New Years outfit a couple of days before and when entering the shop I saw these beauties. I brought them into the changing rooms with Emmie giving me dirty looks filled with don't you dare threats. They looked lovely too together with my outfit and the price, my God 199 kronors! well it ended up with me asking a shop lady to put away a pair in my size on another H&M while Emmie lolled after me being grumpy.

Afterwards the only nice thing she could say was, seriously you are a shoe addict! (she did put it nicely, considering her dirty looks!=P)

9th pair

This pair is so amazingly cute I think. These are also bought at Skopunkten as so many other pairs of shoes in my possession. i think I bought them in.. it must have been November. They cost 249 kronors and came both in black or in grey. I chose grey but all of a sudden now I have two pairs of grey shoes with heels and no black shoes with heels with the exception of my New Years shoes which are a bit cold to use outdoors right now.

8th pair

I got this pair on my graduation day as a present from my ex boyfriends parents. Not much of a surprise though as I was the one who picked out a couple of shoes I liked and got to put points on them. I found a pair of pink and grey converse, but they didn't suit me well at the point, a pair of brown greenish street shoes, girly but really nice ones and these pink and purple limited edition Nike air shoes. They are bought from Footlocker in denmark and I think they were around 600-700 danish kronors. Can't remember. They are comfy at least and stylish.

Need some updating

It was such a long time since I sat down by the pc to actually write a blog or chat with someone on msn. I've just been busy with practising for the theoretical test for the drivers licence. It's less than two weeks now. I'm getting nervouse, especially as the people at the driving school says that I should manage easily because I'm working so hard, and using so many sources.

Anyway, I've updated all the old drafts I had lying.

7th pair

Today I am going to present the pair I wore today. It's a pair I got from mum and dad, which they found cheap. I don't know how much they cost but I know they bought them from skopunkten. Think I've had them for a couple of years, and that same day I also got a winter coat that I've wanted for a while.

6th pair

This pair I bought in prague, when we were there in PrIB. I found them in a New yorker store and they came either in black or light blue metallic, but black is always black so I went for that

They cost 250 chech kronors. The funny things was that I had troubles walking in them in the beginning because of their height, but now they are a piece of cake to walk in.

5th pair

I bought this pair just before christmas and they are eaxctly they same as the previous pair I presented, but a size smaller because I learnt that the other pair became a bit bigger when I've walked in them long enough, hence the smaller size. These also cost 149 on skopunkten

Cheap enough

Tough week

I am a bit behind in my shoe project right now, even though my plan was to have a shoe post every day. It's just been so busy and I've been so tired. I had close sunday, monday and tuesday. With totally uncapable people most of the time. actually sunday was ok, it just took so much time because me and Anamica was asked to stay until 4am tohelp out cleaning before the guys came to install the new system. We were done bu 3.30 and had the time to catch our last train at 3.55.

Monday close was worse. I asked the people who was closing with me to hurry up so that I was able to come home in time that night. At 1am one of us four closing left, because he took my shift the day after, tuesday, so he had to finish exactly at 1 because of the 11 hour rule. My shift was between 12-19. So I was left with two jerks closing. But both of them left around 2.20-2.30 and after that I was told by the shift manager that I could leave also if I wanted, but there was so much left that I felt sorry for him and helped him out. I think we were done around 3.40 so I catched the last train for the evening and went to bed 4.45.

Tuesday close was a bit better. One of the jerks from the monday close was closing that day too, and unfortunately it was the biggest jerk. I seriously think he's retarded in some way. I've worked with him both monday, tuesday and yesterday, and got more and more pissed at him. He's such a slow ass and just are annoyingly stupid and tiresome. He's also lacking any kind of common sense.

These very bad and late closing shifts has resulted in very little sleep, because I couldn't sleep during the day since I had stuff to do. I had another driving lesson last tuesday and this time I was driving in Limhamn, which is a part of the city, and I drove back to the driving school which is placed almost in the centre of town near a very central place for busses. this means tha from now on I'm to drive from the school henceforth through the city, Södervärn.

Yesterday I worked from 16-22 and then home and sleep. Worked today from 9-16 and I cut myself when I cut one of the buns for breakfast, it hurts. On top of that I got a very pleasant mail today (not). A newsletter from cbg store. They have launched tatty teddy cakes which can be found in Tesco, sainsbury's and Asda. Grr why there and not here also? I want one of those cakes, but I guess they don't ship them... do they?

4th pair

This is the pair I bought together with the second pair I presented:

As I said in the post presenting the second pair I bought these for 149 kronors. They are shiny, low and comfortable actually. My shoe size is normally somewhere between 38-39 , and these are 39:ers, because firstly a smaller size sat very tight and there were no 38 in purple.

Closing shift again

Been sorting out most of my papers and drawers and folders and that yesterday. I was going to sort the rest today but... haven't really found the strength to. I was just going to let you know what I am doing today.

So here goes:

1. Have a shower
2. Organize my room and tidy up a bit
3. Get dressed and fix my hair and make-up (if I'm having any today)
4. Probably start dinner around 15.30 and also prepare my food for this evening
5. Eat
6. Get ready to leave for work
7. 16.30 leave for work and work until 1.00 + extra closing time
8. Sleep

3rd pair

The third pair I will present is a pair I've had for a very long time, and before me my mum had them.

I have no idea where they come from or what they cost. The only thing I know is that I don't like wearing this kind of shoes every day. They are so clumsy and hard. I only use them during the winters when it is slippery or/and snow on the ground. In the beginning both me and my mum used them when we needed them, but now since my mum can't use them they are mine and mine only.

2nd pair

Here goes the second pair, which also is shoes that can be used for a party on a saturday evening perhaps.

I bought this pair in october together with another pair. My mum and I combined three pairs to get one pair free, and I said I could buy two pairs and pay for both. The pair my mum were having for my sister cost 199 SEK and my two pairs cost 149 SEK apiece. Since we get the cheapest pair for free mum payed me 50 kronors and I payed 300 in total for my two pairs. So as I said before this pair cost me 149 kronors. They are shiny and can be used both for parties and for shopping rounds etc.

Proudly sorting

Piles of paper should beware right now. I'm sorting out my mountain of school and other paper. I am just taking a short break from that, but I'm done with my pile of paper, right now I am sorting my two binders. Most of the papers are actually thrown out. The only papers I've left is my two complete essays and important bill papers and stuff that has nothing to do with school.

I am going to continue now and soon head on to my drawers.

Wrapping up

I just read through some of my old posts, and man I need to change alot. So many spelling mistakes and strange things. I also need to look over my labels on the different posts. Think I might do that tomorrow when I'm off.

Today's shift was really intense. We had a full lbby from 12-20.30 when I was working, crazy. Usually it's full between 11-13 and then during the day it goes up and down.

Now I am going to close down the computer and sit down with my pussle for a little while, then off to bed.

1st pair

There's no specific order I will present my shoes, just ramdom order and what I feel like presenting at the moment.

My reasons for the pair today is easy: It's friday and it's a pair one can use for party but also for just the pretty look.

I bought them this summer on my vacation in the Gran Canaries. Had troubles actually picking the colour because the store had these pair in pink, ocean blue, yellow, black, white and apple green. After I checked the availability of my size I was down to blue or pink, and since I'm more into pink and have more pink clothes than blue I chose the pink pair. Although the blue pair was close to being bought instead, because exactly that colour was so beautiful.

Unfortunately I have only used them a couple of times, on Gran Canaries and I think only one time at home. According to my opinion they are a bit summerish to wear casually and I didn't dare use them on party's before., and lately I haven't been out too much.

Pull the curtains

It is time for me now to reveal to you all what my secret project is, because I've decided that is going to continue through this month.

Since I am talking so much about my shoes and my liking for them I thought that I can show them to all of you who are curious about what kind of shoes I have. So everyday now in february I am going to present one pair each day (29 pairs!) and just tell you a little about them.
